Because our PRESSED ON! nail sets are custom and hand-made to order, all sales are final.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Each set is created specifically for you, using the sizing and selections provided at checkout.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shylaviebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
